Villa in Nueva Andalucia

Set in the heart of La Cerquilla, one of the most desirable pockets of Nueva Andalucía's Golf Valley, this contemporary five-bedroom villa is available for rent and offers a rare combination of privacy, light, and easy access to Marbella's best amenities. Surrounded by the Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, and Aloha Golf Clubs, the property puts fine dining, international schools, and Puerto Banús just minutes away.

Facing southwest, the villa enjoys sunlight throughout the day and warm sunset views from its terraces. A circular driveway leads into bright, open-plan interiors with high ceilings, where natural materials, wood, and ceramics create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere. The main floor houses a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and three en-suite bedrooms opening directly onto the garden. Downstairs, a games room, two further bedrooms, and a laundry area make the villa equally suited to families and groups renting together.

Outside, landscaped gardens wrap around a private pool with pre-installation for heating, generous lounge areas, an outdoor dining space, and a summer kitchen — ideal for long Marbella evenings. The property also comes equipped with advanced home comfort and security technology, giving renters peace of mind alongside genuine tranquillity.

Whether you're looking for a short-term rental villa or a longer stay in Nueva Andalucía, this home in La Cerquilla delivers the space, privacy, and location that make Marbella's Golf Valley one of the most sought-after rental areas on the Costa del Sol.
